Hi Brian, I am sorry that I did not call you the next day after we first spoke. I completely own that fact but I would have hoped that you would have either called or texted me before writing a negative review. The property in question had a flurry of inquiries and had about 10 people reach out on it. I can say it has been taken off the market for now. I wish you the best in your search for an ivenstment/vacation property.
